I need it for research, taking notes, and discussions. Plus, I just like reading physical books instead of digital ones.

As far as I know, it’s not actually published as a book, just a long PDF.

I don’t think there are any physical copies. If you want to reference it, the online version seems to be the only choice. It’s lengthy, dry, and pretty concerning.

I heard that this text includes plans to make public positions political. Like in some developing countries, when a new party gets into power, they fire all the teachers, firefighters, police officers, and other government workers, replacing them with party members.
