Mindtap is used in one of my obligatory graduate-level marketing classes (BZAN6310), however I genuinely wonder if this is a sloppy approach to learn. All my lecturer gives me to do is read a chapter and take a quiz. & These excel sheets have me perplexed. I was just curious about what other people thought of this.
I assumed you wouldn’t inquire! It goes without saying that the worst lecturers utilize Cengage, which is terrible. Never in my life have I seen a more stupid learning application. Investment bankers, who remind me of the College Board, formed it. Yes, it is a stupid tool that lowlife teachers utilize.
I don’t have a problem with it; it’s simply that the platform is terrible. It is constantly glitching and producing problems for students.
If the lecturer isn’t going over the chapter that you’re reading, it’s a little lazy on their part.
the effectiveness of Mindtap depends on how well it is integrated into the curriculum, its alignment with learning goals, and how effectively instructors and students utilize its features to enhance the learning experience.
Mindtap can be okay, but maybe not great:
- Easy access and self-paced, but might be shallow learning (just memorizing from quizzes).
What others say:
- Some like it for review, others miss discussions.
Here’s what you can do:
- Talk to your teacher about wanting to learn more than just quizzes.
- Find extra resources like articles or lectures for a deeper dive.
- See how the marketing concepts apply in the real world.
Mindtap can be a tool, but dig deeper to truly learn the marketing magic!
