I am currently evaluating educational tools to address some deficits in my students’ learning. I’m particularly interested in comparing Quizlet and Mindgrasp for their capabilities in generating notes and flashcards. I have my own preferences, but I’m eager to gather more opinions to make a well-rounded decision. Looking forward to your insights. Have a great day!
I’m a big fan of Quizlet, both as a teacher and a student in graduate school. It’s user-friendly, versatile in how you can interact with the content, and integrates well with other platforms like Gimkit or Blooket. It also includes useful AI features. I haven’t used Mindgrasp, but their requirement for a credit card even for a free trial is off-putting and seems designed to catch people out with automatic charges.

Thanks for your input. I’m inclined towards Quizlet too, but the features demonstrated by Mindgrasp caught my attention. Unfortunately, their trial terms requiring a credit card is a deterrent. I’ve attempted to negotiate a better trial offer without success.
I’m looking to use them for History, Chemistry, and Physics courses.
While not directly related, I’m gathering feedback for a math learning game I developed. It’s free, ad-free, and designed to adapt to a student’s skill level. Could this be of interest for any of your educational needs?

Be cautious with Mindgrasp. I had a negative experience trying to cancel my subscription. They provided no assistance over the phone and even disputed my cancellation request. It might be safer to use a prepaid card or avoid them entirely.
