I’m planning to study for an A-Level from home, but I’m having trouble finding a reputable course provider that doesn’t charge a fortune for just one A-Level.
I’d love to hear any recommendations you have for affordable online A-Level programs in the UK. Are there any specific providers or resources that you found helpful? Any tips on what to look for when choosing a course would also be appreciated…Thanks so much for your help
Oxbridge Home Learning: They offer a variety of A-Level courses with a high pass rate and excellent tutor support. They also have an exam pass guarantee, which means if you don’t pass the first time, they’ll support you through the next exam for free.
Think Student: They have a list of the top 10 best online A-Level courses based on student opinions. This can be a good resource to compare different providers and find one that fits your budget and needs.
Try enrolling at Oxford Learning College and I promise you to get full value for your money. This provider offers flexible distance learning A-Level courses with full online course materials and tutor support. Their courses are recognized by UK awarding bodies like Edexcel, AQA, and OCR.
OK so Learn direct, costs around 1,000 but you can pay about 30 a month if you prefer. Oxbridge seems alright, it’s usually around 750 I think. There is also ICS, I think it is, I don’t know much about them. There’s open study college, which is about 550 usually. Sorry for not giving you many details, Ive only really looked at Learn direct and Oxbridge. Learn direct, even though it may be expensive seems quite good.
If you want to do your own research, I just Google ‘Online A Level Providers’.
If you have any other questions let me know, I’ll try to help. I remember when I was looking, I still technically am, I needed some questions answered but didn’t really have anyone to ask. But I’m happy to help.
