Is the claim that every 1 STEM job creates 3 additional jobs supported by credible sources?

Hey everyone, I heard this interesting concept about how for every STEM job created, there might need to be three ‘HEAL’ jobs by around 2030 or so. HEAL stands for Health, Education, Administration, and Literacy. Apparently, it’s from Richard Reeves at the Brookings Institute. Does anyone know where I can find more about this? I heard it on NPR while driving and now I’m trying to track down the source or any details about it. Thanks in advance for any help in advance.
