Comparing teacher certification exams across states, I found the tests in Washington to be noticeably easier than those in Texas, particularly the content exams which required a deep understanding of the subject matter without providing any resources.

That’s intriguing. My experience was the opposite, but it shows how subjective these assessments can be based on individual strengths and study habits.
I moved from Florida to Colorado and didn’t need to take any tests for the transition.

Just to clarify, CMAS is a student assessment, not a requirement for teachers moving between states.
