That hasn’t been our experience. We’ve actually had to cut back on many tools due to cost increases, not decreases.
Subscription costs in education are problematic, especially for platforms like Adobe that are essential yet expensive. It’s a trend that’s likely to continue as more services move to the cloud.
We’ve seen a decrease in support quality and an increase in costs, with many features being locked behind higher pay tiers or completely removed.

It would be more palatable if new features were optional and not included in mandatory price increases. Unfortunately, that’s not the approach many companies are taking.

Exactly, and it’s particularly galling when basic features like SSO integration are locked behind the most expensive subscription tiers, disproportionately impacting smaller schools like ours.
