Anyone else working in edtech feeling uncertain about the industry's future

Higher education is starting to embrace AI significantly. It’s still early days, but the potential for transformative change is huge.

Recent investments during the pandemic were often misplaced, leading to financial strain now that the market is correcting itself.

In higher ed, we’re stepping back from third-party tools which disrupt the learning experience. We’re focusing on developing more content internally.

Despite the layoffs, I see edtech evolving with a focus on AI, personalized learning, and corporate training. These areas hold potential for growth and innovation.

The combination of VR/AR and AI could revolutionize education, providing immersive and interactive learning experiences.
